The sad balloon in Galtier Plaza is now visible from our company balcony. The strings look like they are working their way around and it perhaps will one day fall from it's perch in the ceilings girders. Boo Boo La La and Daddy made pretty Easter Eggs while Sair and I were at church for the Maunday Thursday service.
