I ALWAYS wear dark or super funky toenail polish and light on the hands. For me it's just more practical: fingernails chip FIRST, so with a light shade you see less chip!
And, as for undies...I think you should always have a cute little secret hiding under your pants ;)

I also think it's totally right to wear pale polish on fingers and dark on toes.

Love to watch Sponge Bob with my youngest daughter. Don't mind iCarly but have you noticed they yell a lot on that show? That's the only thing that bugs me.
