I think Lady Gaga is the next Madonna and that's o.k. She probably grew up listening to Madonna and its perfectly fine for her to emulate that sound. So Gaga needs to get over herself and quit fighting the comparison! LOL

I'm tired of the comparisons. A powerful woman singer can be her own person, without all of the need to "figure her out."

I'm a GaGa fan myself - she writes her own music and always performs live. Something about Madonna always bugged me.
Madonna isn't ready to give up her throne yet nor does she have too! She's still got her groove on that's for sure. Personally she probably only did this video because she didn't have nothing better to do. Needless to say she doesn't have to work anymore nor does she have to prove herself anymore. Madonna has been culturally relevant for 30 years. We should all decide if Lady Gaga is Madonna-worthy in the year 2050.
Madonna has it going on. I should say she had it going on. Like 10 years ago. She's old now.
