We all wanted to see the new PENGUINS!
Boo Boo has become quite the little photographer - much to Mommy's dismay at having to delete so many shots of, "I just want to take another picture of the sea otter's toys Mama!" and "That girl won't mind if I take a picture of her nostrils along with the ceiling of the dolphin area!"

p.s. The penguin exhibit is NOT as large as I imagined. I have no idea why I thought it would be huge, I mean it's not like penguins are emus or something. Right?

We have a penguin exhibit here too... at a place called Kelly Tarlton's Underwater World... it's quite neat!
I'm so sorry to hear to lost your job. I've been there and the economy is still crap but hopefully, since you have a degree, you'll find something quickly.
I just went to the zoo this past week too and watched the penguins. Our exhibit isn't huge either. Basically, it's just a tank of water with maybe 15-20 penguins swimming around. I enjoyed watching them.
Oh I really want to go see them- I went to the MN zoo like the week before they came, I was so frustrated to find out I missed it. Maybe I'll have another free day before the exhibit is over! Fun to look at your photos though.
I'm dying to go see the penguins. I love watching them at the New England Aquarium, they're just so goofy. Wee 'Burb recently learned how to waddle at school, so maybe this is an ideal time to try to get her there.

I had no idea about your job :( I am sooooo sorry. I am glad that you are at least getting to enjoy a little fun with Boo and your dad. What a great collage :) We need to get Boo and Z together, they would be in penguin heaven!!!
