ML: It is very pretty sweetie.
BBLL: Momma, you can take it to work with you to show your friends.
ML: Oh, okay.
BBLL: Yup, you can take it and show it to them, and they CAN touch it, but make sure they don't steal it okay?
ML: Oh SURE. I will keep it safe.
BBLL: Okay Momma, because I want it back. It is REALLY valuable.

So are you baby, so are you.
p.s. Sugar Jets is one of my favorite women to hang with IRL - like our kids are besties, we love to hang out with each other and stuff. If you are in Minnesota, try her out.

I remember a classmate in 3rd grade giving me a really pretty gemstone he'd found on the way to school. I loved it and decided to show it off to my teacher, who promptly took it from me. I told her I wanted it back, that it was mine. I don't remember what she said, but she didn't give it back and I was upset. Just remembered it after all these years. lol
Wow, what a grab photo!
With the three kids, I am briefed regularly on what not to do in looking and touching their possessions.
I think she's very generous to offer that your friends can touch such a valuable object. Amazing photo!
